Travel Whistler, Canada
(Monday, February 6 to Friday, February 10, 2012)
Whistler, the home of the 2010 Winter Olympics, will again be the site for our annual Canadian course. We'll be returning to the best hotel in Whistler, the Fairmont Chateau Whistler, where we have held our course for at least the last 16 years (and room rates are $100 less than last year!). The Whistler/Blackcomb ski resort is consistently rated among the three best in the world and, due to the Olympics, the conditions remain the best ever. In addition to being a terrific locale for skiing, there are a wide variety of other activities to keep you busy including great cross country skiing, snowmobiling, stores for serious shopping and some great restaurants. Located at the end of an absolutely gorgeous 75-mile drive from downtown Vancouver on the famous Sea-to-Sky Highway (considered one of the most scenic drives in North America), you'll find Whistler to be a great place for a winter break and some serious CME. Key West has been one of our most popular course destinations and it's easy to see why. The town seems to be "lost in time" and this is what makes it so unique and charming. It is funky, quaint, very friendly and a great place to enjoy the sun and Caribbean blue water. If you're into fishing, you won't find better. If you're a walker, there's lots to see -- Hemingway's home, the most southern spot in the U.S., the harbor where huge liners berth for the day, and great window shopping on Duval Street. Our host hotel this year will again be the Casa Marina Resort and Beach Club -- the best hotel in the Keys. Located on the largest private beach in Key West, the Casa Marina combines old world charm with every amenity you would expect to find in a world-class hotel. The pool and beach area are unquestionably the best and most inviting on the island and the hotel is only a short walk to many of the major attractions of Key West. Situated in one of the best locations on Maui, the Wailea Marriott will again host our annual Hawaii course. Based on very successful courses the last two years, we just couldn't pass up the opportunity to return to this extensively updated hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed, the amenities are first class, and the hotel features the most incredible infinity edge pool you've ever seen. There is a great new water park for the kids and there are plenty of nearby diversions when you get tired of soaking up the sun (serious shopping, great golf courses, fine dining, helicopter tours, exploring and more). The Wailea end of Maui is far more peaceful and tranquil than the much more "touristy" Kaanapali, and is the perfect location for a mid-winter getaway where you can recharge your batteries, take in some serious CME and experience the best that Hawaii has to offer.
